The Friends raised £10,000 and donated £1,600 towards the school minibus, £1,000 towards two school prizes, £2,000 to the Library Book Club to purchase books, £500-£500 to the Yr 11 and Yr 13 proms, £200 to the Archery Club and £1,000 towards the Oliver Production.
During the difficult time of Covid, the Friends still raised £700 with second-hand uniform sales and got a £300 donation from Santander thanks to a parent. The Friends donated £3000 to the Highworth STEM club to register and purchase the equipment for the Formula 1 in Schools project. You can read more about the F1 project here: https://www.f1inschools.co.uk/. They also donated £200 to the Dance Department for a drone and £4400 towards the school minibus.
The Friends raised £8800 and donated £4400 towards the school minibus and £500 towards prizes for the Reach Award.
The Friends raised £12500 and received a £9500 donation from a parent. They donated £15,000 towards the school minibus and equipment like rowing machines for the newly built sports hall of the Vink Centre.
The Friends raised £9800 and received a £9500 donation from a parent. They donated £5,000 towards the school minibus and the Dance Department towards the dance floor.
The Friends purchased a defibrillator, the clock for the school, which faces the field and the semi-permanent canopy alongside the hub. The friends purchased many items for the school in the past, like the sound system for the school hall, flooring for the dance studio and kits for football and cheerleading.
