Collecting parent/carer information
This information is provided to us on a voluntary basis. In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, we will inform you that you have a choice in this.
Storing parent/carer information
The Friends of Highworth Grammar School will keep information about you on a paper information collection form and also on computer systems.
Paper forms will be kept for one year, after which they are safely destroyed. Computer records are deleted upon request or no response to the annual confirmation to ‘opt in’ email or text message.
There are strict controls on who can see your information. We will not share your data with any other party.

Requesting access to your personal data
Under data protection legislation, parents/carers have the right to request access to information about them that we hold. To make a request for your personal information contact the Chair of the Friends of Highworth Grammar School. Contact details are provide on the Friends page of the school website.
